Great gift! 🎁 literally opened the box 📦 everything was protected in bubble wrap. (Great idea to prevent scratching)I used the bubble wrap in the bottom of the crate to raise the items. Placed all the items in the crate. Shredded decoration paper was included to add on top. Looks great 👍

Good quality and fast delivery

The gift basket I purchased (and all those offered) are great. It was a last minute find and I spoke with the owner directly to determine if I would receive it in time and he was extremely helpful and considerate. The crate is of excellent quality. BUT I was so disappointed that it didn’t come already put together. I didn’t expect that at all and then had to wait to put it together until I purchased crinkle gift paper to fill the bottom of the crate. I would be embarrassed to send this directly to the gift recipient…it doesn’t have the same impact if they have to unwrap everything (which took a great deal of time) and put together their own gift. There must be a way that it can be assembled and then well wrapped and protected for shipment.

Received all items ordered, although the presentation of the order was disappointing. I assumed it would be in a wrapped basket with the basket looking similar to the picture on the website.. When received the receiver had to put the gift together because everything was individually wrapped. That’s like ordering a fruit basket and the fruit is still in the store containers. I understand there was glass/ bottle which can make it hard to protect and ship. Not sure what the answer is. Although the receiver appreciated the gift and was as ordered. I will order from your company again. Customer service from owner was fantastic.
