I was so excited to find this product for a bridal shower gift a week before the shower. It is personalized so I was really nervous about getting it in time for the shower. Very excellent service, their engraving system was down but they sent the whiskey set and sent the actual engraved set later once the engraving system was fixed. They stood on their word and delivered promptly!
